Summer 2024: New Faculty Meetups

We are excited to invite you to our virtual Summer Meetup event designed specifically for our new faculty members. This event will serve as an open forum for questions and answers regarding onboarding procedures, campus resources, and any other topics relevant to your integration into the Augusta University academic community. Representatives from the Faculty Senate, HR Faculty Support Services, and the Office of Faculty Affairs will be present.

Please RSVP at least one week prior to ensure that we can make appropriate arrangements for the event. If you have any specific topics or questions you would like addressed during this open forum, please feel free to submit them in advance on the registration form.

New Faculty Conference 2024

Registration Opens Soon!

August 5 - 6, 2024 

New Faculty Conference (NFC) is an annual two-day conference for new full-time tenure track, non-tenure track, and research faculty members. This orientation provides hands-on information on teaching, research/creative activity, and life at Augusta University, in addition to networking with new faculty. Academic and campus leaders also attend the sessions, providing you a great opportunity to network and initiate cross-departmental relationships with colleagues.
