Bio

Dr. Whiting earned his Ph.D in Social Science from Syracuse University where he also earned a J.D. and BA in Political Philosophy. Dr. Whiting is Certified in Conflict Resolution and is a member of the New York State Bar.
Dr. Whiting is a past recipient of the institutions awards in the areas of Teaching, Research and Service and was recognized as a Governor's Teaching Fellow
