Only electronic and mailed transcript requests will be processed during this week, no pick-up requests will be processed.
Request transcripts to be mailed through your POUNCE account. Log into POUNCE. Select the “Student” tab. Select “Student Records”. Select “Request Official Transcript”. Complete requested information. Review for accuracy and submit.
Request transcripts to be sent electronically (PDF) through Parchment. There is a $10 fee for all transcripts sent through Parchment. Log into or create an account in Parchment. Click “Order”. To send as a PDF, you should check “I’m sending to myself or another individual”. Select “Electronic” and enter recipient’s information and email address. The next page has the fee, purpose, send now or hold (for grades or degree) option, add attachment feature, and authorization section. Enter your consent and certification information and submit.
Any transcripts requested for pick-up will be fulfilled upon our return to the office on April 15th. Enjoy your Spring Break!
