Planned giving
A planned gift is a unique opportunity for you to create a lasting legacy for the College of Nursing. When you plan a gift as part of your long-term estate and financial goals, you support students and programs far into the future while still ensuring that your loved ones are cared for. You can give a specific amount of money, a gift contingent upon certain events or a percentage of your estate. The Harrison Society honors donors who have made documented bequests of any amount in their wills and/or who have made provisions for Augusta University through planned giving instruments (such as annuities or trusts). To learn more, contact Mary McCormack, Associate Vice President of Gift & Estate Planning, by email or phone: 706-721-5027.
leave a Legacy
Naming opportunities give donors the ability to leave their legacy on physical aspects of College of Nursing spaces.
Demonstrate your commitment to education, leave a lasting legacy, and most importantly, make a major impact on students. From placing an engraved brick on campus to naming a building, your contribution towards a naming opportunity will be seen by thousands of students, staff, faculty, and community members who pass through Augusta University's health sciences campus each week.
Gifts to the College of Nursing can support Scholarships, Endowment Funds, Study Abroad Opportunities, Clinical Education Experiences, Research Initiatives, and more.
Please contact Sarah Akins, Associate Director of Philanthropy, to learn about all giving opportunities available.
