Uses
This system is more sensitive than the prior 510/710 models, and adds atmosphere (CO
2
/O
2
) and temperature control. It is ideal for imaging live cells.
The system also has the Definite Focus feature, allowing the system to accommodate for focus drifting that may occur.
Airy scan - Resolution improvement is modest (about 1.7 fold) and 8 fold greater sensitivity.
