Do I need an eRx signature password?
A UNIQUE Rx signature password is REQUIRED if you are planning to write prescriptions with no oversight by an approving dental care provider or if you are yourself a provider who is approving students and or residents.
You DO NOT need a signature password if your prescriptions will be approved by an assigned faculty member or provider.
What is my initial eRx temporary password?
Your initial eRx temporary password is generally “firstnamerx” – ex: johnrx
What happens if I forget my eRx password?
Typically, if you have not used eRx before, the default password is “firstnamerx.” If this password does not work or if you have used eRx since changing the default password, please contact Gabriel Warner (1-5121) or Allison Brown (1-5124) to request your password reset.
As an adjunct or part time instructor to I get access to eRx?
Currently, any faculty provider holding a dental license from any US state that has been processed through our Credentialing Office and assigned an axiUm Provider ID can be assigned provider level access to eRx.
Who do I contact if I have problems completing the ID Proofing process?

Once I've completed the ID Proofing and have my confirmation code what is next?

What should I do if I have a credit freeze?
You might be able to lift a credit freeze online with Experian temporarily at no fee.
Why isn't my name on the provider drop down list in the eRx?
Generally, if your name does not appear on the provider drop down, then you have not completed the ID Proofing process.
What do I do if when attempting to approve a controlled substance, an eRx message indicates that I do not have a DEA number associated with my account?
A DEA number submitted for your eRx registration is required to approve controlled substances. Contact DCG Operations with your DEA number.
Why was my prescritpion faxed to the patient's selected pharmacy even though I selected the "send" option?
