Research Interests

Dr. Abdelsamed research interest is mainly focused on studying self-reactive T cells in the context of chronic inflammatory diseases such as atherossclerosis. To achieve such goal, we are using human PBMCs, pre-clinical mouse models, and ex vivo tonsil-like organoids.
