Dr. Miao received his B.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from Xinjiang Normal Unviersity, China and the University of South Carlina, respectively. He joined the Department of Chemistry and Physics at GRU in 2008 after finished his postdoctoral training at Georgia Institute of Technology.
