The following will be provided for your unit:
- Living room furniture (sofa, chair, end table, coffee table, lamp)
- Dining room furniture (table with four chairs)
- Bedroom furniture (extra-long twin beds, residents share a nightstand, lamp, and dresser
w/mirror)
- Washer and dryer
- Full kitchen, including refrigerator and microwave (see FAQ below)
- WiFi is provided. When you arrive your modem and instructions will be located in
your room.
- Gated parking lot and free parking in designated area (note: you’ll want to purchase
your campus parking pass if you plan to park on-campus)
- Bike and scooter storage: Please store in your unit or with a lock in designated area
- Shuttles will pick up every 15 minutes on weekdays, every 30 minutes on weekend

Window Coverings
Blinds are provided for windows in apartments. Blinds may not be removed. Curtains
are allowed if hung using tension rods. Window dimensions can vary slightly from building
to building so it is recommended you wait until after your move-in to measure for
curtains. |

- In the apartments, are our bedrooms assigned, or do we get to pick which bedroom we
are in?
Bedrooms are assigned.
- Are the apartment kitchens fully stocked?
Kitchens in apartments include standard refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave.
You may bring other small kitchen appliance items. You must bring kitchen essentials
like silverware, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, towels, trash can, etc.
- Can we have mini fridges in the apartments?
Yes, but please be mindful of possible space limitations.
- What is the closet storage situation?
Most apartments have a walk-in closet per bedroom, but please coordinate with your
roommate to plan for the space.
Things NOT to bring
Some items on this list are specifically prohibited by law and/or University policy.
Please note that students found with these and/or other prohibited items in their
room or apartment will be asked to remove the item and may be subject to student conduct
action. U-hauls are prohibited during the move-in process. Some items prohibited by
law may be subject to immediate confiscation by university officials.

* Approved items for hanging: High and Mighty Hooks (for drywall only), white sticky
tack for posters and pictures, tension rods for curtains and storage needs, over-the-door
hooks for doors, beds, etc., magnetic hooks for metal surfaces, freestanding shelving,
freestanding towel or drying rack, suction cup hooks for smooth surfaces, clamp hooks
and shelves. Please DO NOT hang anything from the ceiling or sprinkler system.
** Wireless routers are not allowed in University Housing. Wireless printers that
communicate in the 2.4 of 5 Gigahertz (GHz) frequency are not allowed in University
Housing. If a printer supports wireless communication and a wired connection, the
printer is permitted only if the wireless communication is disabled.
Important! Students found in possession of prohibited devices will face progressive disciplinary
action. Residents who repair the damage they have made to walls or ceilings may still
be subject to damage charges.
