Delegates

Please note that the deadline to let us know you will participate is Monday, April 14, 2025. Details regarding logistics can be found below. Delegates will also receive an email with additional details closer to the ceremony.

Academic processional

April 241:30 p.m. Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center

The platform party and delegate processional will begin lining up at 1:30 p.m. inside the Augusta Marriott, 2nd floor, hallway outside Oglethorpe Ballrooms F, G and H.

Delegates: Delegates will park in the Parking Deck at 918 Reynolds Street, take the 2nd floor crosswalk into the Convention Center and follow the signage to the robing and line-up area.

Platform Party: Members of the stage party will park at the Marriott hotel main parking lot. They will enter the Marriott through the front entrance and go to the 2nd floor. From there they will follow signage to the robing and line-up area at the end of the hall. A parking permit with additional logistics will be emailed the week prior to the ceremony.

Regalia

All ceremony participants must be dressed in academic regalia. Delegates are responsible for providing their own regalia for the ceremony.
