Interventional Pulmonology Fellowship Application
PREREQUISITES
- Completion of a 3 year US Internal Medicine Residency.
- Completion of a 3 year US Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship or 2 year US Pulmonary
Fellowship.
- Applicants must have passed steps 1, 2, and 3 USMLE to be considered.
- Applicants must be board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Pulmonary
Disease.
- Applicants with visas pending can not be considered.
- Applicants with H-1 visas can not be considered.
- J1 visa, permanent residents, and US citizens can be considered.
- Interviews are offered based on visa in hand at the time of application.
- We will not review incomplete applications.

We accept applications by AIPPD only. We participate in the National Resident Matching Program.

- Personal statement
- Current Picture
- Copy of USMLE Certified Transcript of Scores (or COMLEX)
- Copy of medical school diploma
- Copy of medical school transcript
- Copy of J-1 Visa or Green Card if not a US citizen
- Copy of ECFMG certificate where applicable
- Three (3) letters of reference, one from your current program director
- Dean's letter
