Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition triggered by a terrifying event. In this study we will investigate if a set of computerized tests that measure mental processes like attention, memory and problem solving can be used to help diagnose PTSD. We will also collect blood to test for biological markers. Urine samples will be collected from female subjects for pregnacy test as pregnant women cannot be included in a VA study. We will have four groups: Participants with combat exposure and PTSD Participants with combat exposure but no PTSD Participants with no combat exposure but with PTSD Participants with no combat exposure and no PTSD
