Physical disabilities can include both mobility disorders and/or systemic disorders. A mobility disorder refers to any condition that limits a person’s coordination or ability to move. Systemic disorders are conditions that affect parts of the body’s systems such as immune, respiratory, or digestive. This disabilities may change over time so more frequent documentation may be required.
