Freshman Convocation is the bookend to Senior Graduation. It is the ceremony that welcomes YOU, the Class of 2027, to the Augusta University Family. At this event, you will receive your official Class Pin, Class T-shirt, and take your Class Photo, and have brunch with your future professors and campus professionals.
Campus Recreation

This is our signature event and one of the most colorful, feel-good events for Augusta University students! This year's course is a quick, one-mile route. Each participant gets a free T-shirt and a color packet. There will be seven colored powder stations along the way, generously dousing students with color as they make their way to the finish line! We will celebrate the finish of the Color Fun Run with a synchronized color blast and dance into the evening to music provided by a DJ.

Spend the day on the water! Join the campus recreation team on the shore of Clarks Hill Lake. We need help to facilitate a fun and engaging cookout event at the lake, including: event set-up; grilling hotdogs/hamburgers; assisting with kayak rental; and supervising participants on the water. Don’t forget your sunscreen!
