Students, Residents and Faculty are highly encouraged to submit your dental or dental-related research and innovative clinical treatments for presentation at this event. In addition to a poster, all poster presenters are required to submit a pre-recorded video of their poster presentation, which will be archived on the SRDRS website for external audiences.
Poster presenters can opt to also enter the Poster Presentation Competition, which is a judged event. Monetary awards are provided to authors of the highest-scoring presentations.
Specifications
While landscape orientation is preferred, participants may use either landscape or portrait design in order to present research
at other events or venues that may have different design requirements.
Use the templates below to ensure the correct AU colors, aspect ratio, and physical
size. * Templates have been develop for print at the AU Copy and Print. If you need to change
the dimensions or orientation, please reach out to the Office of Research, prior to
printing the poster.

All the presenters are required to prepare a video of their poster presentation. Augusta University participants should have access to ECHO Universal capture; however, any video capture platform is acceptable. Detailed instructions are available below as well as printable instructions and a link to video summary examples.

This is the absolute deadline for poster submissions if you need the DCG Associate Dean of Research’s office to print your poster. After this date, you will be responsible for printing your own poster at your own expense.
Please submit your poster as a PDF file, named: “Category_Last name_First initial” and the video link to your talk online.
