Faculty Change in Status Acknowledgement Form (New Form Coming Soon)
Per BOR Policy 8.3.8 Non-Tenure Track Personnel - a faculty member may request, on
a voluntary basis, a transfer from a tenure-track position to a non-tenure track position.
Conversion to a non-tenure track requires institutional approval. This request is
normally made no later than their 5th year of being on-tenure track. If the request
is made after the 5th year, there is no guarantee that the institution will approved.
