Yes, if you cancel and then change your mind, you will need to start the process over. You will need to repay the pre-payment/deposit of $200. You do not need to repay the Housing Application Fee of $150 again.
No, the application fee is a one-time administration fee, and the pre-payment/deposit guarantees you a room in a residence hall. Neither of these are refundable if you cancel your contract.

Log into the Housing Portal and complete the Cancellation Form and submit the form to Housing and Residence Life. The request may be completed at any time, but the effective date of your cancellation will be the date it is received in the portal.
