Experiential Learning

Opportunities in experiential learning are offered to our students across all four years of our medical program.  In experiential learning, textbooks come alive and classroom theories take on tangible form. Our simulation center is a place where students can practice, experiment, and make mistakes without real-world consequences. It's our hands-on skills laboratory- a pace for refining techniques in patient care and mastering procedures in a safe, controlled environment.

At MCG Savannah, students will be able to learn using state-of-the-art equipment and meticulously crafted scenarios that mimic real-life situations.  Because we believe in learning by doing. It's not enough to passively absorb information; true mastery comes from hands-on experience. Our simulations foster critical thinking, decision-making, and teamwork – essential skills for success in medicine.

In our experiential learning center our students push boundaries, confront challenges, and emerge as a confident, competent physician.
